If your looking to order shoes I recommend finish line and Hibbett sports I ordered shoes 3 days ago from hibbett and they arrived today. Don’t listen to other people Because everyone will have a different experience and my order was just fine

Usually decent. Ships fast and pretty awesome deals and reward program. Pretty inconsistent between what each store offers and the releases.
They sold me a pair of Air Max2 CB 94 on April 27. They emailed me on Friday April 30th saying there was a delay but my shoes would ship soon. I called to follow up May 4th because I still hadn't gotten any tracking and the customer service agent wasn't much of a help. Come to find out they cancelled my order after a week, then waited even 3 or 4 days (today May 7th) to email me after the fact. Like, what if that was a gift you know?
So why sell me the shoes or not have a better logistics and supply chain SOP/ software? I had $30 in reward points applied to the shoe and I truly believe they "sold out" to those who paid the full price and since I had the $30 off, I got the short end of the stick. Like how did it take so long to realize you sold out, to cancel my order and then also email me about the cancel? seems real shady
Loving the helmet so far for my son, we spent time putting it together and waiting for football to start, my son is a freshman in high school and may be play varsity but we shall see.
I ordered some shoes online and it was wrong size the box said 11 and they wrote on piece of paper size 10 and they way to big. So they tried to fool me very disappointed in Hibbett Sport

Love my gym bag the perfect size. I actually have a bigger one it was just too big for just a gym session.
I recently ordered Nike vapromax in black and anthracite (clear soles) The color scheme I wanted was not easy to come by (footlocker and finish line in my area did not have them in stock). Anyways, I placed my order and saw that I saved 50$ during their promotion bringing the cost from 200$ down to 150$. Upon confirmation I received an order number and promise that once shipped I would be able to track. I didn't hear anything for 3 days.
I was a little nervous because I had read a few less than stellar reviews. BUT then I got the confirmation that my shoes had shipped. I received the shoes in 7 days and they are exactly what I ordered and wanted. I highly recommend this site.
Gage at the store hibbetts in Shelbyville Tennessee was great!! He made sure we left with a smile on our faces!!
Shady website with horrible customer service! I ordered some shoes n used my Apple Pay and some how when I checked my email the shipping n billing address was my ex boyfriends and I called the company to get the correct name and address and they said there’s nothing they can do and I can’t cancel my order because there’s only a hour window after u place a order to cancel. The only thing I can do is when I get the ups tracking number is redirect it to my address but sounds like it will be a problem considering it’s in someone else’s name! Hope my bank will help me and stop payment because I do not want to call my ex boyfriend :(. Why even have customer service if they can’t even help with a address change? Never ordering from them again!

I must compliment Hibbetts for the speed with in which they deliver but the customer service agent cannot to be taken at their word. Maybe I should not place them all in the same bracket, so I will speak about my experience with two representatives. One whose name I forgot. I placed an order at Hibbets.com and when I received my order the security device was still attached to one of the items. After reaching out to customer service, I spoke with a very nice young man, letting him know how dissappointed I was about the mistake. He tried to find a store that I could visit to get the security device taken off but I opted to send it back via mail because it was less headache( commuting and covid-19). The nice young man apologized profusely because he realized how annoyed I was with the situation. He said that I can re-order the item at the same price I paid( price would be honored).Also I will be given an extra 20 percent off what I paid for the item. I was told to call customer service back when I am ready to place my order because he put a note on my account. I did just that!! Today( 6/3/2020) I called customer service to place my order and I spoke to Nick. I even went as far as asking if I can order two items and get the discount promised????. It would be too lengthy to write about our whole conversation. Nick decided that he is not able to honor the 20 percent extra that I was promised. He also told me that he could not give me the item at the price I paid for it because he had no way of adjusting the price over the phone. I was told to buy the item at the current online price and then they would adjust the price later on ( refund me the difference later on). He was very emphatic in his refusal to honor the extra twenty percent and to sell the item at my previous purchase price. As a matter of fact he said,"I am not sure why you were told that". Like I said Hibbett customer service cannot be taken at their word. Where is the honor? Why use that word lightly? I am sure that the customer representative was only doing what he was taught by the company. Quite sad that a company cannot be trusted to train their reps to speak truth. Sad!
